NFTE New England Staff

Jennifer Green, Executive Director

Jennifer is the Executive Director for the NFTE New England chapter, leading local strategic planning initiatives, ensuring fiscal health, programmatic success, and organizational growth across the region. Jennifer first joined NFTE New England as the Program Director in the summer of 2010, responsible for program implementation and support for 25 teachers and over 1,000 students annually. Before joining NFTE, Jennifer served as the Managing Director for the nonprofit social enterprise Building Impact. There she managed operations and finances while overseeing program implementation. Jennifer’s previous professional experience also includes nonprofit consulting, social venture philanthropy, socially responsible investing and four years of events management. She earned her MBA in Social Entrepreneurship from Babson College where she developed and launched her own social enterprise, Generate Change. She has sat on numerous panels to discuss the field of social entrepreneurship and nonprofit management. She holds her BS from Boston University’s School of Hospitality Management. In her spare time, Jennifer being a mom, and finds time for mountain biking, painting, and volunteering for family equality organizations.

Dori Wolfson, Program Director
Dori launched her career as the Regional Program Director for the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) in 2012, after two decades as an educator here in the US and abroad. Dori is charged with program management and growth, including the leadership of the volunteer management program and funders’ CSR initiatives. Dori is also an entrepreneur: she is founder and director of White Mountain Adventures, an introduction to the wilderness children’s summer program that ran successfully until 2000 and as founder of Wolfson Consulting, supporting special education students and their parents. She is interested in helping people and systems maximize their potential and building dynamic pathways to support young people in finding relevancy and ownership of their futures. Dori holds a BS from Boston University in Special Education/Elementary Education and a Masters degree from Harvard University in the program area of Education, Policy and Management.
