NFTE - National Foundation for Teaching Entrepreneurship
Students and Alumni

  Students

As a NFTE student, you’ll learn business concepts and presentation skills, use math and reading, and try out negotiation. You will develop a business plan for your own business, whether it’s a new idea or one you already have in motion. Ask your teacher about NFTE business plan competitions in your school or area. NFTE has a national competition, too, with grants awarded to the winners. Read about NFTE’s most recent Young Entrepreneurs of the Year.

Alumni

Once you've completed a NFTE course, you’re part of a whole community of NFTE graduates. The alumni website links you to other NFTE alums who understand your goals and struggles, can offer advice and share what they've learned, and would like to hear about the progress you’ve made as well. Your local NFTE office may also have resources for you. Go to the alumni website, or contact your local NFTE program office for more information about their alumni program.

Please stay in touch with NFTE—you’re an important part of our team!
