Position

The Vice President of Research and Evaluation will develop and manage an innovative research and evaluation strategy focused on obtaining evidence on the effectiveness of NFTE’s programs. Specifically, the VP of Research and Evaluation will oversee the design of research efforts, to include internal assessment and data collection efforts and external evaluation projects. The VP of Research and Evaluation will also manage the validation of a new tool to assess entrepreneurial characteristics. In addition, the VP of Research and Evaluation with lead efforts to obtain evidence about the effectiveness of NFTE programs and drive continuous improvement; supervise and contribute to internal evaluation and data collection efforts; coordinate external research and evaluation projects; and help to translate findings into organizational learning.

The Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) with global headquarters based in New York City, is seeking a Program Manager in its Baltimore Office.

Position

NFTE's Vice President of Learning is responsible for upholding and instituting the organization’s mission and must strive to help build NFTE into a leading youth entrepreneurship education organization. The Vice President of Learning position will lead the content innovation vision, develop the overall content strategy, ensure quality instructional design and oversee content development. S/He will partner with the VP of Innovation (Products & Design) to lead the development of all content and instructional tools, training and resources to ensure consistency with content strategy and growth.

Position:

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for strategy and content that will increase awareness of the organization and build its position as a thought leader un entrepreneurship education for youth. The primary focus will be web/social as NFTE is moving away from printed communications and printed materials.
