NFTE University Teacher Training

July 28, 2014 - July 31, 2014 

NFTE University is our four-day teacher training, where upon completion instructors become NFTE Certified Entrepreneurship Trainers (CETs). Participants walk through the NFTE entrepreneurship education curriculum, design a personalized implementation plan, and receive NFTE materials and resources.

Semi-Finals Business Plan Competition

May 17, 2014

More than 40 classroom competition winners from across the Bay Area competed in the Semi-Final Competition. Four finalists were chosen to compete in the Bay Area Final Competition, where the top prize is $1,500!


The Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge

June 5, 2014

The winners of the classroom competitions went on to the Bay Area regional competition, where they faced winners from NFTE classrooms in San Francisco, East Bay, and South Bay. From that select group, two Bay Area students will go on to compete against student entrepreneurs at the NFTE National Competition.

NFTE Launch is a week-long opportunity to get your idea up and running. In this program, participants received support from entrepreneur mentors, $300 to invest in your business, and the chance to showcase your products on Demo Day!

NFTE's BizCamp is a two-week summer program focused on the core concepts of entrepreneurship. Participants learned through hands-on activities, product pitch challenges, and the creation of a business plan.
