Step 1 of 9
NFTE or a prospective collaborator initiates contact. An introductory call shares an overview of the global licensing model, the NFTE Program Journey, and GIN membership.
Step 2 of 9
Deeper discovery sessions assess organizational fit, capacity, and market context. The organization shares student demographics, staff bandwidth, and funding landscape.
Step 3 of 9
Both organizations examine strengths, structure, and goals. Shared values and readiness to move forward are confirmed together.
Step 4 of 9
A membership or license agreement is negotiated and executed — covering program access, fee structure, reporting requirements, brand usage, and renewal conditions.
Step 5 of 9
The organization is assigned an NFTE Global Programs point of contact. Program materials, branding assets, and digital platforms are provisioned.
Step 6 of 9
19 hrs virtual program management training, then 2–3 day co-facilitated in-person NFTE University covering curriculum delivery, student coaching, and assessment.
Step 7 of 9
The organization launches programs with students, implementing NFTE lessons and planning volunteer involvement — coaching, guest speakers, judges — with NFTE team support.
Step 8 of 9
A joint review of year-end performance data. Successes and challenges assessed, renewal discussed, and scope adjustments made as needed.
Step 9 of 9
Continued support, PD, peer network access via GIN quarterly calls, joint funding opportunities, and potential expansion to new sites or cohorts.
