The Abraham Lincoln High School senior, who is passionate about uplifting the Latino community, shares her thoughts about change and gentrification, particularly in her neighborhood. The episode, produced by Ahra Films, explores a master plan to restore the 51-mile stretch of the L.A. River to its natural state. In a LinkedIn post, Cruz-Suarez shared her excitement to be “featured alongside other community leaders” in the award-winning environmental series.
