For 36 years, the Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE) has brought the power of entrepreneurship to students wherever they are and regardless of gender identity, race, ethnicity, family income or special needs. NFTE stands steadfast for inclusion and equity alongside our BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ educators, students, staff, and volunteers.

Dallas Student Wins South Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Competition

The winner of the NFTE South Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge is Emerson Oborn from Henry W. Longfellow School with her idea for Everything Chickens. In second place was Shannon Ramirez of Grand Prairie High School for the Highly Gifted, and third place went to Zachary Moskowitz from Hillcrest High School.

St. Louis Student Wins Midwest Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Competition

Well done to the winners of NFTE’s annual Midwest Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge. Kiaira Merrill of Missouri’s Saint Louis Science Center and founder of KiaKoutur is the winner. Second place went to Malachi Davis and Ivan Walker with Nokki, and in third place was Lacey Muñoz-Swedberg with StudyLair.

San Jose Student Wins West Regional Competition

Bravo to the winners of NFTE’s annual West Regional Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge. Taking first place was Saket Pathak with InclusifyIQ. Second place went to Damian Jimenez with AutoVantage, and the third-place winner was Amy Wu with Feminetic.
